Filtration & Purification Skid

Filtration & Purification Skid Systems are based either on cartridge filtration technology or Crossflow filtration/tangential flow filtration technology.We offer fully automated/manual standard cartridge filtration along with customized one to ensure the removal of specific particles by microfiltration. The skids are designed to have single or multiple filtration/purification stages in Stainless Steel (with or without SIP/CIP) and Single Use.
Crossflow filtration or tangential flow filtration is a type of filtration which is different from dead-end filtration. In Crossflow filtration or tangential flow filtration the feed flow travels tangentially across the surface of the filter, which causes the filter cake or filter gel get washed away along with the filtration process. This mode of filtration can be operated either in batch or continuous mode. The main driving force of cross-flow filtration process is transmembrane pressure which is the pressure difference between two sides of the filter membrane. This process could be used for the isolation/separation of cells in fermentation or cell culture process, concentration of bio-molecules or diafiltration to eliminate the molecules which are not the subject of interest. We offer fully automated/manual standard Crossflow filtration or tangential flow filtration skids along with customized one from the range of 0.1 to 56 sq.meter in Stainless Steel (with or without SIP/CIP) and Single Use. Our design ensures long-term sterility and maintenance of exact process parameters to ensure the maximum yield. We make sure that we strictly follow ASME BPE & US FDA guidelines to meet all the safety and quality criteria.
