Sujith Naranthatta
Sujith is one of the Co-Founder & Managing Director- Business Development of VMARSBio and comes with over two decades of experience in the biopharmaceutical market across functions right from Sales, Project Management & Execution, Qualification and Service.
He started his career with Sartorius Weighing Technology as a service engineer and later moved to Sartorius Stedim Biotech where he held leadership positions in Sales, Projects, Qualification, Service and global role in Integrated Solution team focused with complete engineering, project management & execution for Asia Pacific region. He had handled lot of turn key projects around the world during his tenure and is well known for his excellent leadership skills.
Wilfried Kappel
Wilfried Kappel is Principal Technical Advisor of VMARSBio, and comes with nearly four decades of broad experiences on process design, equipment design, process automation and qualification for the Biopharma industry, covering systems for upstream, downstream, and fill & finish.
Wilfried Kappel is an independent consultant serving clients worldwide in the planning and execution phase for greenfield and brownfield projects. He has worked for B.Braun and Sartorius in several managerial positions on a global base and played an active role in a number of large scale projects, for all phases from project acquisition, conceptual design, basic design, and detail engineering up to commissioning and qualification. In his role he was also instrumental for developing daughter companies worldwide towards consistent implementation of latest international standards and technologies.
Wilfried Kappel is a member of ISPE and was contributing to the development of the GAMP guideline as an active member of a German working group on Validation of Computerized Systems. He is regularly invited as a speaker in congresses and workshops around the world.
Milash Premarajan
Milash is one of the Co-Founder and Director Project Execution & Management of VMARSBio and comes with 15 years of experience in biopharmaceutical and Engineering industries. He started his carrier with biopharmaceuticals, gained knowledge and experience in R&D and Production areas, focused to rDNA proteins and MABs development with scale-up studies. He had moved to Sartorius Stedim Biotech as a Process Engineering professional and by his passion, he had taken over the Project Management role for successful execution of high value projects in APAC, EMEA & Americas and later heading the Project Management team with pool of Project Managers. He played a major role in streamlining the execution model and defining the PMOs goal for achieving targets.
Senthilkumar
Senthil is one of the Co-Founder and Director Process Design & Engineering of VMARSBio and comes with 16 years of experience in Biopharmaceutical and Engineering industries. He started his carrier with consultancy projects for biomolecule manufacturing, followed with assignments on R&D projects and scale-up studies till commercial plant. Joined Sartorius as Project Manager and gained extensive knowledge on Project Management by handling project managers and projects across globe. His next assignment on Process Engineering team management from quotation stage to project completion makes him best fit for process design & engineering.
Mahesh ST
Mahesh ST is one of the Co-Founder and Director – Automation Design & Engineering of VMARSBio and comes with 14 years of experience in Bio-pharma Engineering industries. He started his career at Sartorius Stedim Biotech, as an Automation Engineering professional and closely worked with cross functional engineering team for various customer requirements on automation domain. By his hard work and dedication, he had taken over as a Manager of Automation later. He played a key role in developing automation concept such as Simplify engineering workflow, Server-Client, DCS integration, Multi vendor automation integration and made successful execution of high value projects in APAC & EMEA which includes plant wide automation. His contribution for EMEA & Global projects by positioning himself at Europe for a period of two years had received immense accolade.
